By using coreroothealth.com (the "Site") or engaging CoreRoot Health's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of services

CoreRoot Health provides functional health and wellness education, coaching, and support services, delivered virtually. Our services are informational and educational, not medical care. See our full Disclaimer for details. If you become a client, your engagement is additionally governed by our Client Services Agreement, signed at the time of booking.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial redistribution
• Transmit any harmful code or interfere with the Site's normal operation
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, the CoreRoot Blueprint framework and template, and program materials, is owned by CoreRoot Health or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

Scheduling, the client portal, and payments are handled through Healthie. Our marketing and lead communications for prospective clients are handled through GoHighLevel. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply in addition to ours when you use them.

Nothing on this Site or provided through our services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Disclaimer for the full statement. Always consult a licensed physician regarding any medical condition, medication, or treatment.

8. Fees and payment

Fees for paid packages are described at the time of purchase and governed by the Client Services Agreement, which you sign as part of onboarding, including our cancellation and no-refund policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreRoot Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our services involve inherent limitations, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
